Answer: Taking one’s daily temperature is easy with the Lady-Comp. Simply set the devices alarm at your preferred waking time and insert the electronic sensor in your mouth upon waking. If you wake before the alarm sounds, press the round center button to activate the temperature reading function and insert the sensor into your mouth as usual. Each Basal Body Temperature reading should take between 30-60 seconds and the device will beep when the process is complete.

Lady-Comp is the most technically complex fertility monitor (it is a mini-computer) but the device form and interface is very simple and easy to use. The electronic temperature sensor itself is curved, attached to the end of a coiled cable, and plugs into the bottom of the unit. When the sensor is not in use, the coiled cable is wrapped snuggly around the unit and the temperature sensor is inserted back into its protective holster.  Your Basal Body Temperature is calculated within 30 seconds to the 100th degree. Temperature can be provided in both Fahrenheit and Celsius, but must be ordered as such when purchased.
